1. Recruitment demand analysis

The client provides as detailed recruitment information as possible, and the headhunter PM communicates deeply with the client to understand their corporate culture, company background, business status, management style, work environment, product and service information; Discuss and analyze job responsibilities, competency requirements, market conditions, salary composition, and other job issues with clients, in order to accurately capture talent profiles and develop talent mapping (to determine the distribution and scarcity of target candidates).

2. Develop recruitment plans

Based on the first step of talent profiling and mapping, combined with industry experience, develop recruitment plans for recruitment positions and initiate talent pool hunting.

3. Background check

Assist you in conducting a background check on the hired candidates, including identity information, educational background information, work experience, project experience authenticity, professional ethics, and other relevant information, to ensure the authenticity of the candidates.

4. Recommended Interview

After preliminary communication with the candidate, write a recommendation report. After your feedback, recommend an interview and follow up on the interview process to ensure effective communication between both parties.

5. Offer salary negotiation

When you are satisfied with the candidate and issue an offer, assist you in negotiating salary with the candidate.

6. Employment security

After the candidate successfully joins, there is a one month talent service guarantee period. During the tracking service period, if the candidate is not suitable or you are not satisfied with not meeting the job requirements, we will replace another candidate for you during the guarantee period.

7. Follow up tracking services

After the candidate joins, there is a 3-month follow-up service period, and we will maintain communication with the candidate, understand their work status through psychological testing tools, and assist in EAP psychological counseling.
